Terms and Conditions
- The School (Play By Ear Music School) reserves the right to withdraw and/or withhold the examination result and/or certificate should the student default from paying fees.
- The School cannot be held responsible for any expenses, reimbursement or refund of any fees, from the amendments of candidate details, e.g. changes to the name, IC number or grade of the candidate.
- The School will not be held responsible for arranging the suitability of the examination time slots.
- Candidates have to read through and abide the examination rules and regulations stated on the offical ABRSM site: https://sg.abrsm.org/en/our-exams/information-and-regulations/
- Do note that an ABRSM Theory Grade 5 is a prerequisite to take practical examinations for Grade 6 and above.
- Candidates who are unable to take the examination due to hospitalisation or sickness are required to email their MC (medical certificate) to info@play-by-ear.net before the end of the exam day for rescheduling. A partial refund may be given if no alternative timeslots are available.
