Designed to combat/tackle noise pollution, our thick EF acoustic panels will solve all your acoustic treatment needs. It serves three primary functions, a) to reduce sound levels b) absorb excess sound reflections (hence hearing only the primary instance of the actual sound). c) acoustic correction

Because sound waves travel in all directions, they will hit whatever they encounter – be it walls, furniture, floor, people, etc. Our EF acoustic panels help to absorb the excessive sound waves, resulting in the reduction of both the intensity and the unwanted echos, ultimately leading to the hearing of only the primary instance of the intended sound.

50mm thickness / 100kg/m3 - High density mineral rockwool

When it comes to sound absorption, you require high density. or With sound absorption, you require high density. Energy loss increases as the surface friction increases, hence the sound absorption coefficient increases correspondingly.

For our range of acoustic panels, we do not compromise on quality.
We use one of the thickest and highest density rockwool insulation (mineral wool) available – 50mm thickness, weighing at 100kg/m3. When compared to fiberglass insulation (a much cheaper alternative), rockwool has a 37% higher R-value which makes it three times denser. Most acoustic panels in the market uses thinner and less denser rockwool or mineral wool.

Our EF acoustic panels are meticulously wrapped individually using industrial practice -‘tension & release’ method, which means you can say goodbye to wrinkles or creases.

The fabric we use is permeable to air (a must for sound absorbing panels) and scratch resistant as well, making it indestructible, robust and long-lasting for years to come.

Safety comes first

The rockwool insulation material inside our wrapped fabric is made of a natural-based volcanic stone which has the ability to withstand temperatures of over 1000°C without melting (according to DIN 4102-17 and ASTM E794).

Our non-combustible insulation material achieves the highest European fire classification – A 1 (according to EN13501-1) It’s thermal conductivity (according to ASTM C518) has a 20oC λ Value (W/mK) between 0.034 – 0.036. It is also water repellent and moisture resistant (tested under EN 1609)
